Proven Leadership with a Balanced Approach

Ila learned her strong values and work ethic from her working class parents: John Mettee was a carpenter and her mother, Ruth, was a stay-at-home mom and then a city recreation worker.  She has served you in the U.S. Army for 26 years and as an elected volunteer to the city of Marina’s council for over 10 years.  Ila and her husband, of 34 years, John McCutchon, raised their daughter, Erin Mettee-McCutchon in our community.
